Please just ignore this property. I'd rather it be considered a system
property.
Setting it to false may have unexpected results that I'd rather not go into
the details of right now.
In short, it simply makes it so that the KeyDataset (child of the KeySource
relationship) will not seek when its parent dataset moves from one record to
the next.
