Procedure APIFirst;
"Description
This method is for doing low-level fetching for even more performance.
This method call avoids all notifications so that only the buffer for the current row is
modified. Any data aware controls will not be aware that there is new data to display."
I'd like the first sentence of the description to inform me of what the method does.
What does it do?
Does APIFirst() set the cursor back to the beginning so that the rows can be processed
again from beginning to end without re-fetching the data?
