I am using both IP and IBO in a major project.

It is necessary to use IBO_ for IP and IB_ for IBO.

No performance drop that I've noticed.

Major benefits include:

1. RichEdit control with dialog interface;
2. Filter;
3. Nested grids;
4. Data Inspector;
5. QBE;
6. RecordViewDialog.
