Are you using one of alternate IB_Constants units?

You will often find that people making changes who only speak english
(like myself), have only updated the IB_Constants.pas unit. You
probably need to add the constants to the particular IB_Constants unit
that you are using. (And then send the result back to Jason so he can
distribute the updated copy.)
