There is an update of the D4 version for IBO4 / D6 by Stephen Ebbrell
(OQBibo4D6.zip). I haven't tried it myself (still on D5), but have the zip
if you can't locate it elsewhere.

There are some instructions for D5 by Frank Ingerman at
