Am I correct in observing that although TIB_SearchBar can put a dataset into
dssSearch state, it can't reverse this action?

(I realise this can be achieved via TIB_UpdateBar, but it struck me as odd
that the search bar did not provide this functionality itself, perhaps
through its Clear button).
