In IBO if you have CallbackInc set to 1 or more it is possible to scroll the
master dataset before all of the detail datasets are scrolled to match up
with it. What happens is there are level indicators which interrupt current
aligning activities and a start of new aligning activities when the master
dataset scrolls.
I have been working on getting this to work for quite some time now and it
is this sub-release where all things necessary for this to happen accurately
and without ill side effects have been taken care of.
