I experienced a problem upgrading sub release 4.2Fm to 4.2Fp so I
tried a new install.

I hadn't previously installed v4.2Fn so I loaded 4.2Fn into my IBO
directory and then prior to doing anything else loaded 4.2Fn_to_4.2Fp.

I removed all IBO components from the pallette and then when through
the usual compile and install using the project manager, evertything
compiled fine and the installing the design time packages worked
until I got to IBO40VDT_D6.bpl when I got the following error message:

"Resource SRCH_BAR_RESTR not found".
