'commercial' user I try and keep to all IBO native.
It would be nice to be able to switch some of the TMS stuff
over <g> It's a pain having to remember the TDataset bits
when you have not used them for some time, and the old grey
cell count is going down.
The main problem is that while in the past you could almost
'pull the wool' over the eyes of customers, now they are a
lot more technically aware, and will only allow changes to
systems where a benefit can be proven. A mouse will always
be a lot slower than a keyboard, and so for the likes of
telephone support/sales, text based systems are still the
preferance. I know of sites who have switched to windows
based, and their productivity has gone down, so they
switched back.
