Morning Lester,

Simply put, you cannot do anything with D6 Personal if you want to
give/sell/donate the programs generated to any person which is not you !
The rules in the Magazine copy are the same rules as Borland have on their
distribution, personal is personal and if you want to distribute, you must
purchase on of the other options.
