IBEvents over a TCP/IP connection (including localhost), with a certain

Isn't this an old disconnecting from Interbase problem - system hangs
with 100% processor utilisation. I've had it for years and still do
occasionally. It happens with SQL Explorer, Quickdesk and any Delphi
app using IB (IBO or BDE) so I don't think it is anything to do with

IB Objects - direct, complete, custom connectivity to Firebird or InterBase
without the need for BDE, ODBC or any other layer.
