I think so too. I also think that it is important to pull/push the new
persons up the first step. If they just feel lost, they may return to old
habits. So, the question is how to make the first step (seem) so
comfotable that they continue on the IBO path. I don't know the answer.
Maybe a demo project (or two) where not only HOW, but also WHY is explained.
