Ok, I got this fixed now.
IBODataset.pas unit line # 2415 this is the way the code needs to be:
if ( not InternalDataset.IsSelectSQL ) and
( not ( InternalDataset.StatementType = stExecProcedure )) then
DatabaseError( 'Error Creating cursor handle' );
