Tell them what the problem is, and that trying to talk to
the originators has not fixed the problem, and ask them to
block eMail from 'xtra.co.nz'

Globalnet have just done that for me, and so HOPEFULLY
someone in New Zealand will get the message if they get
swammed instead.
