Gerald,

Have you tried to PING musiguide.emperion.net ?

It is correct that there are no need for the www. in front.

Maybe this error "Could not connect...." is because IB is timing out,
from where are you trying to connect ?

I have had positive performance feedback from Germany, England and
as far away as Africa :-)

Claus,

I tried it again and I am still getting the following error message:
"Unable to complete network request to host 'musiguide.emperion.net'.
Failed to establish a connection." Could it be that you need 'www' as
part of your connect string? My registry was NOT overwritten this
time.

Also a couple of comments from my personal preferences.
1. I like to install applications under the "Program Files" folder
rather in the root folder.
2. I like to have a Icon created on the desktop to start the
application.

Both of these can be set up in your Wise installation script. Again
these are just my preferences and others will probably disagree with
me on these points.
