Creation Order? One thing that I have noticed when something
is not right, is that is usually happens when I am playing
with different ways of doing the job. If I delete all the
'crap' and start again adding just the bits I now want then
the problem usually goes away ( the deno always works <g> ).

Can you extend the demo to do the job you want, and copy
that into the application?
