I think it has never worked another way - at least not when the fields are
named differently. I seem to remember having tried to help some other guy
on this list a while ago, but it simply would not work. If I remember
correctly, renaming CHART.ACCOUNT to CHART.CHART (or BANKDETAILS.CHART to
BANKDETAILS.ACCOUNT) may make things work better with the original setup.
