Hi,

I just converted to IBO4 Ea and first problem is here ...

Steps to reproduce:
1) File|New application
2) File|Save all
3) Put a TIB_Monitor on a form, then save the form.
4) View form as text, then view as form => Access Violation. If you
click Ignore in the dialog, TIB_Monitor looses all its settings
including name. Now you can't delete it nor put another TIB_Monitor on
the form. Delphi restart is needed.
