I have tested your code and then downloaded the last ibo today and tested
again.

It behaves exactly as i wanted with my clumsy code so i'm very happy with
it, but now
i have noticed a strange feature (wich bothers me not, because i'm not
interested in it yet)
when i set a displayfield it doesn't display the field's name but something
weired with some
relation to the tables i join in my query.

I'll try to cut the query in a small app to be easier to debug. But the idea
is that it worked
and now it does no more (maybe some new changes).

If i manage to pinpoint the error then i'll contact you.
