A little while ago, when I was considering whether to move
over to IBO4 before distributing my caller system, you
hinted that IBO4 would do something on grid position for
Incremental Search.
I had just had a problem where IBO3 would not allow me to
scroll back up the list, so the found ( or nearest ) record
was at the top of the list. When that problem was fixed, the
customer was complaining that now the found record was at
the bottom. Historically all the controls have been at the
top, and the rest of the records of interest are below the
ones found, so you have to scroll down to use the results.
Having the found record at the top would be a nice answer,
or at least always in the middle?
