The 'problem' of & is all over the place.

I am still trying to get to grips with where is prints as &
and where it gets converted to underscore. And none of that
has to do with hotkeys at all.

I have to have a single & in the text for station names and
then 'fix' all the displays elsewhere when it comes out
wrong.. Some concistency in windows whould be nice.
