I think that the initial problem was trying to get a yes/no do to much. I
store all my settings in LOCAL_MACHINE anyway, but the psStatic looks like
something I would prefer.

Since this is IBO4 stuff, is it not too late just to enhance the existing
code? I am still in try it out mode, and can't see that too many people will
have committed it to production.
