Hi Lukas!
maybe Jason have not managed to get the IBO4 evaluation version ready yet -
despite of what the site says.
2. I tried to buy and download the upgrade on line, but this
seems not to be possible. Do I really need to buy something
physical (and if yes, what will it contain?) to get IBO 4?
As I am outside the US this would cost rather much for
shipping and take weeks to arrive. I'd prefer a downloadable
method very much (like it was when I bought Partial Source
license last year, this was quick and easy!)
We had no problems buying the Grand Bundle on-line (possibly excepting the
normal US hickups like having to specify a state, not being able to use
foreign characters etc - I'm so used to these problems that I don't even
notice anymore), so I guess you ought to be able to succeed.

PS! Jason is in Holland for a week, starting today.
