I think that I made everything according to the book!

1- I physically deleted all previous version from my system
2- Copied sub-release Eb over Version E
3- Compiled *_D5.dpk files in order suggested in the Installation.txt

IBO4EDT_D5.dpk compiled Ok but refused to be installed.

Dialog Error :

Ne peut s'installer car il y a un p�riph�rique qui ne fonctionne pas bien
sur votre syst�me.

Which could be translated by : "Cannot be installed because a faulty peripheral on
your system"
