Hard to tell. It all seems to be working in my setup. Check that you
have all the designtime packages installed properly, in particular the
IBO40DDT_D5 package since this is the one containing IB_Registration
and IB_Editors responsible for the action required.

The only other thing I can suggest is uninstall IBO, clean up all temp
files and reinstall. Not much help, it starts to sound like the
typical helpdesk response when they dont know whats wrong :-)
