Just installed IBO4 ver 2C in Delphi5, and got through without any
problems. However, when I double-clicked an IB_Query component,
expecting to see the ISQL window open, I instead got the standard
default behavior, i.e. an "OnCancel" procedure in the code.

What did I miss?
