Does IB-WISQL have an auto-refresh or something? I've got a very large
database, one example is 10 million records. Some queries that may take
several minutes to complete will give me the busy signal about once every
minute. Taking a few minutes to "refresh" or whatever it's doing every one
minute or less to view the table isn't very efficient.

And this does this without my doing anything. If I touch nothing it still
goes in to what appears to be a refresh mode. It is very annoying. The
only way to stop is to click the close icon and wait for it to register the
mouse click. It shouldn't have to do a refresh unless I need records that
aren't in the buffer.

This doesn't seem to happen to all queries, just sometimes.
