The description does sound like it could be related to IBO4 refinement
changes but I am not sure. Do you have anything in your
OrderingLinks?

I suspect that a sample of the problem will be needed to isolate why
this is happening. If it is urgent you can send to me, otherwise
perhaps it can wait for Jason to come back online.
