Yes, this has been pestering me quite a bit too and it continues to evade
me. What's worse is I am unable to find a case to obtain 100%
predictability.

If someone could chase into this I would be most highly grateful to have it
resolved. I plan to try and get rid of it before IBO4 is released as
production.
