I use a different approach. I have a common unit that pulls all of the error
messages and other language strings together. Then, various people have
translated them. You just need to swap the normal one with the translated
one. Beware that I do not maintain them so you may have an item or two to
add to it.

They are IB_Constants-[lang].pas
