In order to take advantage of a significant new feature in IBO4 you have to
use the OrderingLinks property. People are asking me to make it so that they
can be reached in the TIBOQuery component. In order to do so the cleanest
approach I can think of is to simply surface these properties.

Would this be acceptable to you all? Is there a better way someone would
like to suggest?
