I've tried to build/install IBO 4 Beta as described in 'HowToInstall.txt'.
Building the fourth package (IBO40FRT_D5.dpk) creates an error 'file not
found: IBD_CreateOrdering.dcu'. I've looked into the Zip-archive and I think
'IBD_CreateOrdering.pas' is missing. IBD_CreateOrdering.dfm exists!
