1. Setting BufferSynchroflag to bsBeforeEdit only refresh the record
that I am going to edit? Is there a way to refresh all the record
that has been changed by other user?

2. In the TransactionOAT tutorial, the dataGrid automatically refresh
when the change has been made by other user. When I set the
SessionProps.TimerInterval to zero, it won't refresh anymore. So it
has something to do with OnTimer event? I cannot find the timer event
refreshing the dataset. Any one could help ?
