NO NO NO - that's an old version, for users of the original binary release of InterBase 6, which shipped with a buggy version of gds32.dll.

Your absolutely best bet is to join the firebird-devel list and describe your problem exactly in there. You certainly haven't given much detail here and it's off-topic for IBO, anyway.
