Yes I have.
And the regional settings in the control panel of Win98 are right.
Currency Symbol: 'DM'
Decimal Symbol: ','
Nevertheless I get '124.00 DM'

Have you checked in the Regional Settings in the Control Panel of
Win98? The setting might be wrong there.
