Hans,
Bugs exist in most every software out there. I have an large app (exe is
over 12 MB) on the market. The app is a complete order
entry/inventory/general ledger and is installed in over 10 locations and
growing. The size of my customer sites range from 2-4 to 25+ and all works
very very well. Both IBO and IB have been real performers.
Sure, there have been some bumps along the way, but when are there not? The
important thing is support. If you run into something, Jason is second to
none on responding in a timely manner. Support can make or break a product
and there is no worry here with IBO.
What I do after a new subrelease is wait a few days and monitor the support
list. If there are no real issues, I go ahead and update. And then I don't
download every one. I review the list of changes/enhancements and decide if
they would affect my app however I do try to keep fairly current.
All in all, IBO is very solid and Jason is great at support.
HTH,
Kevin

Perhaps I shouldn't ask but... Is there anyone else out there who feels
the
same as Hans or is he being overly critical?
