I do not intend to GPL IBO and when compiled it will be in the same module
as other GPL's stuff which if I am to understand cannot be done without
violating the GPL. Perhaps my understanding is mistaken, if Pat GPL's
Marathon then you will need to use a different library than IBO. I will NOT
GPL IBO.
