Just posted 3.6 Dd sub-release. Did a quick turn-around on a few bugs I had
overlooked.

One of them had to do with transaction OAT handling. the other dialect 3
parsing issues when people don't put double quotes around identifiers that
are also reserved tokens.

(I also noticed that the evaluation version I did last time didn't have the
help file in it.)
