Chris,
I think Jason's idea is a good one. In fact, you might solve your problem
by using an ISAPI DLL instead of an ASP page. Basically, an ISAPI is a
specialized type of DLL that acts like a CGI but stays in memory on the
webserver. They are usually quite fast. If you have more questions about
this, look at the Webserv demo that comes with Delphi and if you still have
