Hi Jason,

I've just tried to install the new version and I'm getting and error that a
Resource is missing (UPD_BAR_RFRSH_FILT). One file that you might have
omitted by mistake is IB_UpdateBar.res, I'm not finding in the file that
I've downloaded.
