Check that gds32.dll still exists and that the registry entries on the
client appear valid. Perhaps removing the BDE upset some of these.

Are you using runtime packages?

What version of Delphi, IBO, IB?

Are you using any reporting libraries?

I have not seen it before. Mostly nowdays I just install the app, so
the BDE never even exists on the client to begin with.
