Hi Jason,

The new TIBOBCDField in version 3.6D under Delphi 5 is causing some
problems. I get an AccessViolation error everytime I try to access the
value of the field, the same thing happens for data-aware components. I
figured out that when you used TNumericField the code that you had in place
worked fine, but now most of that code is already in place under
TBCDField(which you know is a descendant of TNumericField). What I've done
(I know you wont like this), I checked IB Express and used the code for
it's TIBBCDField and everything worked fine. Take a look. I'm sure I'm
not the only one with this problem.

You still have the best components package for IB. And, I love the
TIB_Ledger(just started using it and finding it useful), but I don't seem
to find any help on it.
