I'm in a rock and a hard spot here. I agree that length 1 probably isn't a
great idea, where to from here?

Some people want the trimming and others don't. I even get people
complaining saying that the BDE would trim for them and others complain that
the BDE didn't trim on them.

What shall we do here?
