Hi again,

After digging I cannot get to the problem. After raising an exception in the OnValidate event of a field turns out that the field is prevented from changes but the control/KeyLinkQuery seems clueless as to what happen and remain on the rejected key.

If I close/open the linked dataset within a button handler the proper value is then displayed. I have set an edit box as well and it always shows the correct Key index.

Some pointer would be appreciated
