Hi,
Maybee a silly question. But is there any tool to use where we can simulate
a slow connection on our LAN..
i.e . if we develop application to be used on ISDN lines or another slow WAN
connections it would be handy to controll the LAN speed during the testing
phase and make the LAN simulate a 128K ISDN line.
