Hello all


I have a question regarding the TIB_SpinEditEnh. It seem that in the new vesions of IBO > 3.C that the TIB_SpinEditEnh fires a Change event when it is created. This is a problem as i have a handler that accesses other components on the form, and they are not created at that time, so i am getting access vioalitions. My forms are MDI-childs using Delphi 5. The component didn't use to fire this event in the create fase before. Is it correct to do so or is it a bug ?
