IBC_Label.pas is part of IBObjects (since 3.6.Ce). So you need IBO
3.6.Ce or later AND IBObjects must be in the search path when building
the EnhComponents.

If all you want to see is AutoLabel you can see this with many of the
standard IBO controls such as TIB_Edit (provided you have 3.6.Ce or
later). Of course since I wrote the EnhComponents I am quite happy
for you to try them out :-)
