I don't think there is a way to import Outlook
messages directly into a gdb. It is possible to
export messages from outlook into a dBase file
and have a program import those into a gdb.

I have all most all messages from August 98 to
present in Outlook. I will do some testing to
see if I can export these from Outlook and import
into a gdb this weekend. Will report my results.
