When you build the IBO package direct your DCU files out to separate
directory. When you setup your application, put the DCU directory in
the search path but DO NOT put the IBO source directory in the search
path.

Setup as above, ensuring that you build the IBO package (and so the
resulting DCUs) without debug information.
