I am currently using Report Builder Enterprise Edition with IBO and IB6 and
it is working great. You will need an additional free component named
TIBOPipelineUnit. I don't remember off the top of my head where I download
it from, but you need to make sure that you've got the latest version in
order for it to work with Report Builder 5.5 and up.

Jason might be able to tell you if he has it on his site. If all else fails,
